Smith Elite Family Chiropractic is a relaxed, cozy place where all ages will feel comfortable. There is music playing, fragrant essential oils diffusing and kids’ toys to keep the young ones busy and happy. We’re glad you’re here and look forward to discovering how we can help you!

The First Day

You’ll start by having a private, one-on-one consultation with Dr. Garrett. This session is to learn about you, your history, current concerns and whether our office is the right place for you. Digital X-rays can be taken on-site, along with scans of your nervous system using advanced Insight™ technology and a physical examination.

This visit takes about 20-45 minutes. We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out paperwork.

The Second Day

From the information gathered, Dr. Garrett will be able to determine an individualized plan to achieve your goals. He’ll go over all findings with you and propose a plan of care. If you choose to move forward, you’ll receive your first Chiropractic adjustment.

This visit takes 15-30 minutes.

Regular Appointments

At your follow-ups, we’ll provide all the time needed to answer your questions and give you an adjustment. It can take just a few minutes or up to 15 depending on your needs.

Once I Start Care, Do I Have To Go Forever?

You are not required to return to our office, but we think you’ll want to. Most of our patients realize they function at a higher level with regular chiropractic care. Our patients that begin on care plans often choose to continue on a wellness plan. We’ll discuss what the right option is for you to maintain your healthiest possible lifestyle!
