New Patients at Smith Elite Family Chiropractic
We look forward to welcoming your family to Smith Elite Family Chiropractic. When you’ve booked your appointment, we will email you our new patient paperwork so you can complete it in the comfort of your own home.
Your First Visit
When you enter our friendly, laid back space, our team will greet you with a smile and make you feel like part of our family. We’ll show you around and make sure the little ones know where to find the toys.
Then you’ll meet with your chiropractor to discuss what’s prompted you to seek our care. We’ll conduct a thorough examination, including taking CLA INSiGHT® nervous system scans. These scans are safe, non-invasive and radiation-free, making them appropriate for all ages—even newborns. If X-rays are indicated, we can take those here onsite (we don’t X-ray children or pregnant women).
Our goal at this visit is to determine the underlying cause of the problem and if we can help. Plan to be with us for 30 minutes.
Your Second Visit
Before you return, our chiropractors will confer about your case. This is one thing that makes our practice different from most others—every patient gets the benefit of two chiropractors collaborating to create the best possible care plan for them.
When you come in for your second visit, your chiropractor will explain the care plan and answer all of your questions. They’ll also let you know how much your plan of care will cost.
Patient-Centered Care
Our new patient process is the same for everyone, including newborns, kids, adults, pregnant women, senior citizens and athletes. But that’s where the similarity ends. When it comes to the care you receive, that is customized specifically for you and your needs, and our adjusting styles for newborns are quite different from those for athletes. You will always receive the care that is best for you.
